the island of gods
Bali, March 2011, short encounter with “the Island of Gods”.
People of Bali have something we don’t have. They carry inner peace and endemic beauty, they make no effort to smile, they are tolerant, respectful, open-hearted and they understand the meaning of rituals and traditions. They eat like gods too.
Photographing in a balinese temple is at first embarrassing until you understand how much you are accepted and how much people are willing to share. Here is some sharing in return, until I go back to experience more.
