December 2010, Irim village, Burkina Faso with the Swiss association Kaïcedra.
Kaïcedra is a Swiss non-profit organisation. It is independent and has no political or religious affiliation. Founded in February 2010, its core mission is to support sustainable community initiatives. Kaïcedra’s main projects focus primarily on education, health and environment. They are currently active in Burkina Faso.
The Kaïcedra is a palaver tree under which African communities gather to discuss important decisions that will affect their future. It symbolizes dialogue and a will to find solutions within the community and embodies the very values the association wishes to represent.
The funds generated by these photographs are donated to Kaïcedra. Please enquire for purchasing a print.
