“Le Cigalon” is probably one of Geneva’s finest seafood restaurants.
Everything Jean-Marc Bessire and his wife Corinne create is about fine seasonal products, flavors and visual delight. The first time you go there, you immediately know why you will be coming back.
I had the chance to spend some time with Jean-Marc and his kitchen brigade. It was a great experience trying to translate their art with photography.
This gallery shows the first steps of our project in progress and I hope it shows something about what Jean-Marc and his team express with their gestures, as well as their spirited investment in sharing the pleasure of fine cuisine.
