Kandahar is a Swiss ski shoe brand located in the village of Gwatt, between Bern and Interlaken.
Traditionally known for its seal fur and horse-hair snow boots, the brand was established in 1932 by Friz von Allmen.
This is the last Made in Switzerland shoe brand. Twenty workers produce up to eighty pairs of shoes a day — each undergoing a 120-step process.
